The holder of an operating licence for a nuclear installation other than a nuclear power plant must carry out a comprehensive systematic safety assessment every ten years in addition to the systematic safety assessments in accordance with Article 33 paragraph 1.
ENSI shall specify the detailed requirements on the comprehensive systematic safety assessment in guidelines.
