Die in Abschnitt IV vorgesehene Kontrolle erstreckt sich nicht auf die Hausinstallationen. Dagegen wird derjenige, welcher elektrische Kraft an Hausinstallationen abgibt, verpflichtet, sich über die Ausübung einer solchen Kontrolle beim Inspektorat auszuweisen, und es kann diese Kontrolle einer Nachprüfung unterzogen werden.
