Die Befreiung von der Pflicht zur Entrichtung des Netznutzungsentgelts (Art. 14a Abs. 1 und 3 StromVG) umfasst auch die Kosten für die Systemdienstleistungen, die Stromreserve nach der WResV1und den Netzzuschlag nach Artikel 35 EnG sowie die Kosten im Zusammenhang mit den Artikeln 15a und 15b StromVG.
