Innerhalb der Übergangsfrist von Artikel 31e Absatz 1 bestimmt der Netzbetreiber, wann er Endverbraucher und Erzeuger mit einem intelligenten Messsystem nach den Artikeln 8a deciesund 8b ausstatten will. Unabhängig davon sind Erzeuger mit einem solchen Messsystem auszustatten, wenn sie eine neue Erzeugungsanlage an das Elektrizitätsnetz anschliessen, deren Installation der Bewilligungspflicht nach Artikel 6 NIV1unterliegt.
