Die Betäubungsmittel nach Artikel 2 Absatz 2 der Verkehrsregelnverordnung vom 13. November 19621gelten als nachgewiesen, wenn die Messwerte im Blut die folgenden Grenzwerte erreichen oder überschreiten:

  1. THC: 1,5 µg/L
  2. freies Morphin: 15 µg/L
  3. Kokain: 15 µg/L
  4. Amphetamin: 15 µg/L
  5. Methamphetamin: 15 µg/L
  6. MDEA: 15 µg/L
  7. MDMA: 15 µg/L
