  1. Jede durch ein Messsystem festgestellte Widerhandlung muss so erfasst werden, dass die Messwerte eindeutig einem bestimmten Fahrzeug oder einem Fahrzeugführer oder einer Fahrzeugführerin zugeordnet werden können.
  2. Als Feststellung von Übertretungen durch automatische Überwachungsanlagen im Sinne von Artikel 2 Buchstabe b des Ordnungsbussengesetzes vom 24. Juni 19701gilt die Feststellung gestützt auf ein Bild- oder Filmdokument eines automatischen Messsystems.
