Landwirtschaftliche und forstwirtschaftliche Genossenschaften können land- und forstwirtschaftliche Fahrzeuge halten und damit land- und forstwirtschaftliche Fahrten und Arbeiten für Genossenschaftsmitglieder oder andere in der Land- oder Forstwirtschaft tätige Betriebe ausführen. Die Fahrzeuge dürfen dagegen nicht für einen Handels- oder Gewerbebetrieb der Genossenschaft verwendet werden.
