Bereits in Verkehr stehende Fahrzeuge, welche der vor dem 1. August 2002 geltenden Fahrraddefinition nach Artikel 24 Absatz 1 VTS1entsprechen und alle technischen Anforderungen an Fahrräder erfüllen, dürfen noch bis zum 31. Dezember 2003 wie Fahrräder verwendet werden, sofern sie eine Fahrradvignette tragen.
