Motoreinachser müssen wenigstens eine auf alle Räder wirkende Bremse und eine Feststellvorrichtung aufweisen, die die in Anhang 7 vorgeschriebene Wirkung erreichen, ausser wenn die Bremsverzögerung durch blosses Gaswegnehmen erreicht wird und das Fahrzeug bei abgestelltem Motor in einer Steigung und einem Gefälle bis 12 Prozent nicht wegrollen kann.
