Die Zulassungsbehörde kann die Nachprüfungen an Betriebe oder Organisationen delegieren, die für die einwandfreie Durchführung Gewähr bieten. Ausgenommen sind Nachprüfungen aufgrund von Meldungen der Polizei (Art. 34 Abs. 1).
