Das BAV kann die Plangenehmigung mit der Auflage verbinden, dass spätestens fünf Jahre nach Inbetriebnahme der Anlage festgestellt wird, ob die verfügten Massnahmen zum Schutz der Umwelt sachgerecht umgesetzt wurden.
