Die im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Gesetzes bestehenden Heuerverträge sind innerhalb eines Jahres den neuen Vorschriften anzupassen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist ist das neue Recht auch auf die früher abgeschlossenen Heuerverträge anwendbar.
