Das Zulassungsverfahren richtet sich nach demjenigen für die Zulassung von Luftfahrzeugen (3. Kap. 2. Abschn.) für:

  1. Luftfahrzeugteile oder Ausrüstungen, die zusammen mit dem betreffenden Baumuster des Luftfahrzeuges, Triebwerkes oder Propellers zugelassen werden;
  2. die Prüfung der Integration in einem spezifischen Luftfahrzeug, Triebwerk oder Propeller von:

1. Luftfahrzeugteilen und Ausrüstungen nach Artikel 16 Buchstabe b,

2. Standardteilen gemäss Artikel 16bis.
