PDCSs without more extensive duties and operators of internal telecommunications networks are not required to adhere to the types provided for in this Ordinance when providing information.
They shall supply the information available to them in writing outside the processing system via a secure means of transmission authorised by the FDJP.
They may if they so request provide the information manually via the query interface of the PTSS processing system or automatically by arrangement with the PTSS.
