The Federal Justice and Police Department (FDJP) shall standardise the types of information and surveillance that are defined in this Ordinance.
If, based on the international standards and the enquiries made of the persons or entities required to cooperate, it proves impossible or unreasonable to standardise a type of information or surveillance, the FDJP shall dispense with doing so.
