The ordering authority and the approval authority shall transmit surveillance orders and orders for their extension or termination, approvals and the access rights to be established to the PTSS as follows:
- by means of a secure means of transmission authorised by the FDJP;
- by letter, if the means of transmission in accordance with letter a is unavailable for technical reasons; or
- by telephone in urgent cases, provided the surveillance order is submitted in accordance with letter a or b within 24 hours.
