The PTSS shall immediately declare a confirmation of ability to provide information and conduct surveillance that has already been issued to be invalid for the relevant types of information or surveillance if:
- the provider gives notice that it can no longer provide information or conduct surveillance;
- the provider is unable on two or more occasions to deliver data, provide information or conduct surveillance;
- the information on the provider that underlies the confirmation is untrue.
