Information Request Type IR_9_NAT comprises the following data on a specific NAT context for the purpose of identification in connection with a NAT procedure at provider level:
1. the source IP address before or after the NAT translation;
2. the source port number before or after the NAT translation.
The request for information shall contain the data known about the requested NAT context:
1. the source IP address after or before the NAT translation;
2. the source port number after or before the NAT translation;
3. if required for identification, the public destination IP address;
4. if required for identification, the destination port number;
5. if required for identification, the type of the transport protocol;
6. the relevant date and time, at the beginning, within or at the end of the NAT context.
