Information Request Type IR_21_TECH comprises the provision of technical data relating to telecommunications systems and network elements at the requested location, in particular the location data for mobile radio cells and professionally operated public WLAN hotspots.
The location data comprise:
1. the identifiers of network elements (e.g. cell or geographical area identifier) or another suitable designation (e.g. hotspot name)) and the geographical coordinates or other details of the location in accordance with international standards;
2. the available postal address of the location;
3. if applicable, the main directions of emission of the antennae of the cells;
4. other available location features; and
5. if applicable, the associated timestamps.
The request for information shall specify the period to which the request relates. It shall contain at least one of the following query criteria:
1. the geographical coordinates of the requested location of the network element;
2. the identifier of the network element (e.g. cell or geographical area identifier) or another suitable designation (e.g. hotspot name).
