Retroactive surveillance begins no earlier than 6 months before the day on which the order is received by the PTSS, i.e. on the day whose date corresponds to the date of the day on which the order is received. If the date in question does not fall within the month in which monitoring begins, monitoring begins at the earliest on the last day of that month.
It ends no later than the day on which the order is received by the PTSS.
