Die Anbieterinnen von Fernmeldediensten dürfen Standortdaten von Kundinnen und Kunden nur für die Fernmeldedienste und ihre Abrechnung bearbeiten; für andere Dienste dürfen sie sie nur bearbeiten, wenn sie vorher die Einwilligung der Kundinnen und Kunden eingeholt haben, oder in anonymisierter Form.
