  1. The mobile telephony licensees must ensure that the security-critical telecommunications installations that they operate correspond to the state of the art. OFCOM may determine the installations concerned.
  2. The mobile telephony licensees shall operate their network operation centres exclusively in Switzerland or in states whose legislation guarantees an adequate level of data protection.
