The Registry shall immediately notify the holder of the domain name concerned electronically about the blocking of a domain name or the redirecting of data traffic.
It shall simultaneously ask the holder to indicate, if required, a valid correspondence address in Switzerland and to identify itself within 10 days.¹
Notification to the holder may be given at later time if this is necessary in order to protect overriding public or private interests.
