The Registry may block a domain name for 10 days if that name was allocated less than 90 days previously and there are reasonable grounds to believe that the holder:
has provided false identification information or has unlawfully used the identity of a third party; and
is using the domain name unlawfully or for an unlawful purpose.
It shall at the same time require the holder to identify itself within 10 days.
If the holder fails to identify itself correctly within 10 days, the Registry shall revoke the allocated domain name.
