Art. 106

1. Irrespective of whether this Act (RTVA) or the amendment of 24 March 2006 to the Telecommunications Act of 30 April 1997¹comes into force first, Article 56 paragraph 4 RTVA²reads on the entry into force of the act which comes into force later or on simultaneous entry into force of both acts as follows:
