Existing licences for the wireless retransmission of radio and television programme services in accordance with Article 43 RTVA 19911(relay licences) retain their validity until their owner obtains a radio and telecommunications services licence in accordance with Articles 4 ff. or Articles 22 ff. TCA2respectively, but at the latest two years after the commencement of the act.
