(Art. 21 RTVA)
The SRG SSR shall ensure the permanent conservation of its programmes.
It shall make its programme archives accessible to the public in a suitable form for personal and for scientific use, while respecting the rights of third parties.
In carrying out its tasks in terms of paragraphs 1 and 2, SRG SSR shall work with specialist institutions for audio-visual heritage in order to ensure that the archiving is carried out and access is guaranteed according to recognised professional standards.
SRG SSR costs shall if necessary be taken into account in accordance with Article 68a paragraph 1 letter a RTVA.
