Art. 67i

The FTA shall publish a minimum of the following information by the end of April of the following year at the latest:

  1. the number of undertakings liable to pay the fee, according to tariff category;
  2. the receivables invoiced, collected and suspended, according to tariff category;
  3. 1 …
  4. the bad debt losses;
  5. the default interest invoiced;
  6. the discretionary estimates, according to tariff category;
  7. the reminders and debt enforcement cases;
  8. the FTA’s operating costs for the collection of the fee;
  9. the number of combinations (Art. 67c and 67d ) and refunds (Art. 67f ).
