1. A reduced hourly rate of CHF 84 applies to the granting, amending or cancelling of a licence for the broadcasting of a radio or television programme service.¹
2. The administrative fee in terms of para. 1 may be further reduced and the fee for the other charged-for activities may be reduced for:
   1. broadcasters to which a licence has been awarded for broadcasting an advertising-free programme service;
   2. broadcasters which prove that they have an operating income of less than CHF 1 million. Operating income is deemed to be revenue related to operating activity, in particular advertising and sponsorship revenue as well as contributions and subsidies.
