1. The subsidy paid to fee-sharing television broadcasters amounts to a maximum of 80 per cent of their chargeable expenditures.
2. DETEC determines the television production techniques worthy of promotion.
3. The provisions of Articles 50 and 51 apply unless this Article provides otherwise.
