(Art. 109c para. 4 RTVA)
Written notification must be given to the collection agency of any means of reception in terms of Article 109c paragraph 4 RTVA.
Each adult member of the private household is responsible for the notification.
The obligation to pay begins on the first day of the month following the date on which the reception device became capable of operation or began operating.
The collection agency shall notify OFCOM of households newly liable to pay the fee and of their members.
