The economic operators shall disclose to the competent authority, on request:
1. all economic operators from whom they have acquired a medical device;
2. all economic operators to whom they have supplied a medical device;
3. all health institutions or health professionals to whom they have supplied a medical device.
The Federal Council shall specify for how long the information has to be kept.
