Die Adressatinnen und Adressaten der Fachwerbung sind im Rahmen ihrer Berechtigung zur Verschreibung, Abgabe oder Anwendung von Arzneimitteln:

  1. Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Zahnärztinnen und Zahnärzte, Tierärztinnen und Tierärzte sowie Chiropraktorinnen und Chiropraktoren;
  2. Apothekerinnen und Apotheker;
  3. Drogistinnen und Drogisten;
  4. weitere Personen nach den Artikeln 24 und 25 HMG;
  5. Personen nach Artikel 52 Absatz 2 der Arzneimittelverordnung vom 21. September 20181(VAM).
