Wer Biozidprodukte beruflich oder gewerblich importiert, die in einem EU- oder EFTA-Mitgliedstaat nach dem vereinfachten Verfahren nach Artikel 26 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 528/20121zugelassen sind, muss der Anmeldestelle mindestens 30 Tage vor dem ersten Inverkehrbringen den Handelsnamen und die Zulassungsnummer mitteilen.
