Commentaries: Art. 31a

Anyone who is responsible for the placing on the market of treated articles must:
1. label them in accordance with Article 58 paragraphs 3, 4 and 6 of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012¹; and
2. include in the instructions for use the relevant information specified in the ORRChem².
The labelling must be in at least one official language of the place where the treated article is placed on the market.³
