After authorisation has been granted, the following information shall not be treated as confidential under any circumstances:
the name and address of the applicant;
the name and address of the biocidal product manufacturer;
the name and address of the active substance manufacturer;
the content of the active substances in the biocidal product;
the name of the biocidal product;
physical and chemical data concerning the biocidal product;
a summary of the results of the tests required to establish the efficacy of the active substance or the biocidal product, effects on humans, animals and the environment, and, where applicable, resistance-promoting properties;
analytical methods which can reliably determine active substances as specified in Article 11 paragraph 1 letter b;
any methods for rendering the active substance or biocidal product harmless;
recommended methods and precautions to reduce dangers from handling, transport and use, as well as from fire or other hazards;
procedures to be followed and measures to be taken in the event of spillage or leakage;
first aid and medical advice to be given in the event of injury to persons;
methods for disposal of the biocidal product and its packaging;
information contained in the safety data sheet.
The publication of non-confidential data on biocidal products is governed by Article 73 paragraph 6 of the ChemO1.2
