Where a biocidal product is placed on the market that is classified as dangerous within the meaning of Article 3 ChemO1because of the physical or health hazards it presents, the authorisation holder must not only indicate the information in accordance with Article 38 paragraphs 2–4 but also the UFI in accordance with the provisions of Article 15a paragraphs 3 and 4 ChemO.
