Wird ein Biozidprodukt, das aufgrund der von ihm ausgehenden physikalischen Gefahren oder Gesundheitsgefahren als gefährlich im Sinne von Artikel 3 ChemV1eingestuft ist, in Verkehr gebracht, so muss die Inhaberin der Zulassung zusätzlich zu den Angaben nach Artikel 38 Absätze 2–4 den UFI gemäss den Vorschriften nach Artikel 15a Absätze 3 und 4 ChemV angeben.
