The restrictions specified in Article 13 of the RO¹apply to biocidal products consisting of or containing pathogenic microorganisms.
In addition, the restrictions and obligations specified in Annex 2.4 to the ORRChem²apply to biocidal products of product types 2,6, 7, 8, 10, 14 and 21.³
