Die folgenden Biozidprodukte dürfen, wenn sie am 1. Januar 2022 über keinen UFI verfügen, noch längstens bis zum 31. Dezember 2025 ohne Angabe des UFI nach Artikel 14a in Verkehr gebracht werden:

  1. Biozidprodukte, die für berufliche Verwenderinnen bestimmt sind;
  2. Biozidprodukte, die für private Verwenderinnen bestimmt sind und vor dem 1. Januar 2022 in Verkehr gebracht worden sind.
