auf die Artikel 29, 29d Absatz 4 und 30b Absatz 1 und 2 Buchstabe a des
Umweltschutzgesetzes vom 7. Oktober 19832(USG)
und auf Artikel 17 des Gentechnikgesetzes vom 21. März 20033(GTG)
sowie in Ausführung des Bundesgesetzes vom 6. Oktober 19954
