  1. The authorities or third parties entrusted with the implementation of this Act or with the control or supervision of its implementation may process personal data, including sensitive personal data relating to administrative or criminal sanctions, in so far as is necessary to implement this section.
  2. The domestic authorities may disclose personal data, including sensitive personal data relating to administrative or criminal sanctions, to foreign authorities and international institutions for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the European Union concerning the putting into circulation of timber and wood products.
