Applications for payments towards the costs of measures under Article 32e ^bisparagraphs 3, 4 letter a, 5 and 12 shall in derogation from Article 36 of the Subsidies Act of 5 October 1990¹be assessed in accordance with the law applicable after the date on which the application is filed if work on the measures began or was already completed before the Amendment of 27 September 2024 comes into force. They must be filed with the Federal Office two years at the latest after the Amendment comes into force.
