  1. Anyone who exports beverage containers for which a fee has been paid may claim the refund of the fee in an application with supporting documentation.
  2. If the amount due for refund is less than CHF 25.00, it shall not be refunded.
  3. Applications for a refund of the fee may be submitted to the Fee Organisation for each calendar year, but must be submitted no later than 31 March of the following year.
