This Ordinance comes into force on 1 January 2001, subject to paragraph 2.
DETEC shall determine the commencement date for Articles 9–14, 16 and 171to coincide with the enactment of the Ordinance on the Level of the Prepaid Disposal Fee for Glass Beverage Containers (Art. 10 para. 2).
