Anlagen, die vor Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 1. Juli 2009 rechtskräftig bewilligt waren und den Anforderungen nach Artikel 4 und 5 entsprachen, müssen die Bestimmungen nach Anhang 1 einhalten, sobald sie ersetzt, an einen andern Standort verlegt oder im Sinne von Anhang 1 geändert werden.
