The FOPH shall enforce Section 3 concerning events involving laser radiation as follows:
It shall review the submitted notifications, and it may verify compliance with the requirements on-site.
It shall transmit notifications pertaining to laser radiation into the airspace as specified in Article 14 paragraph 2 to the competent body for flight safety.
It shall make enforcement aids available to the federal and cantonal enforcement bodies.
