Vom 1. Juli 2018 bis zum 31. Dezember 2019 gilt abweichend von Artikel 53a Absatz 1 die Stellenmeldepflicht nach Artikel 21a Absatz 3 AIG in denjenigen Berufsarten, in denen die gesamtschweizerische Arbeitslosenquote den Schwellenwert von 8 Prozent erreicht oder überschreitet.
