Zuständig für die Einrichtung und den Betrieb der Infrastruktur zum Zweck des elektronischen Datenaustausches mit dem Ausland nach Artikel 75b ATSG sind:

  1. im Bereich Krankheit und Unfall: das Bundesamt für Gesundheit;
  2. für die AHV/IV-Renten: die ZAS;
  3. für die Arbeitslosenversicherung: die Ausgleichsstelle der Arbeitslosenversicherung;
  4. für die übrigen Bereiche: das BSV.
