Für Kinder im Sinne von Artikel 9 Absatz 3 Buchstabe b IVG, die im Ausland invalid geboren sind, übernimmt die Invalidenversicherung bei Geburtsgebrechen die Leistungen während drei Monaten nach der Geburt in dem Umfang, in dem sie in der Schweiz gewährt werden müssten.
