  1. Das BSV entscheidet über die zu vergütenden Kosten nach Artikel 67 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a IVG und erlässt die dafür notwendigen Weisungen.1
  2. Die Ausgleichskasse wird für Aufgaben, die sie für die IV wahrnimmt, entschädigt.
